I build several programs in Calgary, including Frisbee Club, Frisbee Meet and the Hooligans Frisbee Club, and I need volunteers to expand the sport and inspire the next generation. You don't have to be a Frisbee professional – just someone who likes to work with children, build up a community and have fun.
The Frisbee Club is an entertaining way for students with low pressure Learn, play and grow through frisbee. These clubs are open to all qualification levels and give the children the opportunity to explore different airfields, develop throwing and catching skills and build teamwork. Regardless of whether you want to try Frisbee for the first time or improve, Frisbee Club helps the students Stay energetic, gain trust and discover the joy of playing.
Frisbee Meet is an integrative community event at which Everyone can come out, throw, race and catch While exploring a huge number of frisbee sports and games. Regardless of whether you want to be fun for discgolf, freestyle, Ultimate or just a frisbee, Frisbee Meet is an inviting space to connect, learn modern skills and be part of a growing frisbee movement. No experience required – simply bring your energy and willingness to play with you.
Hooligans Frisbee Club is Calgary's First youth Ultimate Frisbee programdeveloped for development Skills, teamwork and sportiness in an entertaining and supportive environment. The club was founded by Frisbee Rob and Elliot Negelev and focuses on Growth of the player about the competitionGive children the tools to improve, create self -confidence and enjoy the game. Hooligans promotes more than just one team Family -like culture Where the players support each other on and next to the field.
- Frisbee Club In School April/May (1-2 hours a week)
- Hooligans Frisbee Club trainer -Mai-August (2-4 hours a week)
- Volunteers at events -Foundation Meet, hooligans' tournaments, world record attempts and charity events (4-6 hours every second month)
This is their chance of being part of something greater, creating indefinite memories and helping children discover the joy of frisbee. Regardless of whether you are a teacher, athlete, parent or just someone who wants to do something, we would like to have them.
