From record-breaking rounds to dramatic surfaces, this year's event had all-let's TIVE in the action!
Here is a flash settlement of the Waco Annual Charity Open.
MPO summary
Round one
- Waco remained faithful to his nickname (crazy Waco) with a volatile ranking in the first two days. Ezra Robinson continued his forceful start by 2025 with the warm round -12 on the first day to take the lead. Calving Heimburg, Adam Hammes, Chris Dickerson, Nathan Queen and Clay Edwards formed the messed tie -11 with four others (Locastro, Barsby, Meza and Aderhold) -10 at T7 after Friday.
Round two
- Paul Mcbeth, Calvin Heimburg and Anthony Barela exerted the pressure in the second round and climbed on the ranking. Heimburg shot -10 to take over the solo lead at 21 under par. Mcbeth achieved a ten round to jump nine places and end with -19 well for a tie to second place with Adam Hammes.
- Nine shot down to get three backs and striking distance for the last day.
- Simon Lizotte made the biggest leap on the moving day. He shot -12 and jumped up 37 spots. His warm round brought him to -17 in a tie for fifth place with seven other players.
- Gannon Buhr shot a second round and put him on 15 under par, six strokes by Calvin in the last 18 holes in the beast.
Round three
- Consistence and -10 under or better rounds were the main supports for the last day in Waco. Adam Hammes ran back, shot a -12 and secured his first win of the season. Hammes was consistent all day and died over the route. He Eagled Sieben, parked 16, threw it on the tough 17th for the Effortless Birdie and collected the circle two putt for victory around 18.
- Heimburg, McBeth and off had snail-paced last rounds in which she fell out of the dispute.
- Simon Lizotte fought Hammes from Chase Card and also published a final of -12. He recorded eight of the last nine holes to shoot -29 for the tournament and secure second place.
- Nikko Locastro has opened the ranking of 12TH To a T3 finish, an event that he won in 2021. He and Evan Smith ended the tournament at -27.
- Andrew Marwede, Evan Scott and Gannon Buhr ended the tournament in fifth place at 26 under par.
- Ezra Robinson started on Sunday with seven direct birdies, but a cool nine (only two under) kept his attempt to start successive pro-tour victories to start the season.
- Jake Monn made a tear in the last round and Birgte nine of the opened ten holes. He ended the tournament with the warm round for the day -15 (1082 rated) to end in T -26th. His round fit Paul McBeths 18 in Waco in Waco in 2019. According to this metric, he is now a co -owner of the course record for the beast (49).
*Note: While a few holes have been easily optimized, there is only an 8-foot delta in the overall difference, and the animal layout remains the same. Without the para change, two of Monns Pars would have been birdies in 2019, and one of his birdies would have been an eagle who would have brought his total number of points to -18. Congratulations on an extremely impressive round, Jake!
MPO -snack stalls
- Adam Hammes played a consistent discgolf all weekend and held up when it counted on Sunday to achieve his first victory of the Elite series since Portland's open in 2023. Hammes has all the tools, and this could be the victory that will have it towards several top performance this season.
- Ezra Robinson was there for two days; He just didn't have a forceful nine to reach the warm start into his last round.
- Calvin had two bad holes in the last round (Bogey on nine and a triple with 17). Mix this with a snail-paced round overall and on a course like Waco, in which the warm round was under or over twelve below the weekend, and you will receive a recipe for a lost opportunity on Sunday.
- The lackluster finals from Calvin, off and Paul were surprising. It will be engaging to see
- Ricky Wysocki had a difficult weekend. In the opening round he shot two and fought to recover (-7 and -9), to end 38 in a tieTH at -18. After a top -5 finish at The Supreme Flight Open, Ricky will try to reset for the last event in Texas and go back to dynamics in Music City and Kansas City.
MPO player to watch the open in Austin
Adam Hammes, Ezra Robinson, Jake Monn, Paul Mcbeth, Ricky Wysocki, Niklas Antila, Simon Lizotte and Anthony Barela
- So far, Simon tends the ranking every week. I think he will put together everything next week to dismantle the open in Austin.
- Ricky usually dominates the Texas swing, so it would be for him on the brand to achieve a back win this weekend.
Adam Hammes is finished in 19TH and 14TH In the open in Austin in the last two seasons. I think the lively of his first victory in one season will drive him to a top ten finish this weekend.
FPO summary
Round one
- Henna Blomroos, Jessica Weese, Kristin Latt and Oh Ohn Scoggins rounded off the top 4 after the round on Friday. Blomroos had a clock ride at -8 with Weese and Latt One Stroke in Second and Scoggins in Solo fourth with six under par.

Round three
- Lätt (-14) had to keep Blomroos on the third (-11), handley on the fourth (-10) and Gannon and Hansen at -8. This is exactly what she did, pulled away early and shot a nine-end final to reduce her third Waco title in a row.
- The race for the second between Blomroos and Handley came to the wire. Handley Birdied 16 and 18 to overtake Blomroos and secure a second place at -16. Blomroos went par, par, Bogey, to end their day and fall to third place.
- Rebecca Cox had a record set on Sunday. She shot the course record -11, pulled into the top ten and shot the highest round of her career, 1035.
- Jessica Weese had a great weekend with 11 under par with the 6th place.
FPO -snack bars
- Kristin is back in the States and continues to have Waco. She secured her third Waco -annual charity in a row on Sunday and shot -23 to win around seven. She pulled back from the pack through the first six holes of the last day and put an exclamation mark on her 3-go village parking and a 32-foot bird cover to 15 to walk her victory.
- Missy Gannon fought difficult in the last round and drove four birdies in a row on Sunday in the back nine, but Ob-Strokes left it back to 16 and 17 with two consecutive double bogeys, which ended their chances of a panel finish. Missy collected a 40-foot value for Birdie at 18 to reach you fourth with 12 under par and with Ella Hansen.
- Handley and Blomroos had great surfaces this weekend. You have the tools and skills to be the top of the ranking at most events this season, and you could achieve one or two victories.
FPO player who can be seen in the open in Austin:
Ohn Scoggins, Kristin Lightweight, Henna Blomroos, Holyn Handy and Missy Gannon
- Kristin is back and that is not good for the rest of the FPO field. She is the clear favorite who went into the open after her victory this weekend in Austin.
- Blomroos, Handley and Missy Gannon could stay on the hunt with Kristin and even push victory on the last day.
- Ohn Scoggins, the Austin won last year, has two top ten surfaces to open their season (6th with SFO and 8th at Waco). She played well in Harvey Penick and took home the 4th place in the Sprinkle Valley last year when she organized the etc. Although there is no podium place this season this season, he will have all the trust in Austin this week.
