What is DGPT Q Series?
The DGPT Q Series is a up-to-date competitive track designed to support aspiring disc golfers earn their way onto the Disc Golf Pro Tour. The series spans multiple PDGA A-tier events throughout the year, culminating in a high-stakes finale where players compete for honor, full access to the tour and guaranteed entry into next year's tournaments to obtain. The Q Series serves as a performance-based system for aspiring professionals to compete on the Tour by highlighting emerging talent and driving the growth of the sport.
What's at stake in the Q Series finale?
This weekend, a select group of players from the MPO and FPO divisions will compete for 2025 DGPT Tour cards – their ticket to joining the world's best players on the Disc Golf Pro Tour. The finale offers an exclusive look at emerging talent in the sport, giving fans a front-row seat to watch the next generation of professional disc golfers compete for their swing on tour. It all comes down to a three-round showdown at the Olympus Disc Golf Course – host of the 2024 Chess.com Invitational and next year's season opener.
Here's what's at stake this weekend:
- Full Tour Maps: The top performers in the final will secure the coveted 2025 DGPT tour cards, with two FPO players and three MPO players earning their way onto the tour.
- Silver cards: Those who narrowly miss out on the top spots still have a chance to receive Silver Cards, which grant partial access to the 2025 Tour and the opportunity to compete in select DGPT events.

- FPO coverage begins at 8:30 a.m. ET / 5:30 a.m. PT
- MPO coverage begins at 1:30 p.m. ET / 10:30 a.m. PT
Disc Golf Network will only broadcast Rounds 2 and 3 (Saturday and Sunday) live. There will be no live broadcast on Friday (November 22nd).
