The United States Disc Golf Championship returns to Winthrop University for the 26th consecutive year this October. The final PDGA Pro Majors of the season are just a few weeks away and will be held concurrently with the Throw Pink Women's Disc Golf Championship (an FPO PDGA A-tier that was also held at Winthrop Arena the same week).

Will there be a LIVE broadcast on YouTube?
Yes! The first round of the USDGC and TPWDGC will also be broadcast LIVE on the DGPT YouTube channel. DGN Basic and DGN Standard subscribers can also watch the first round via their subscription package, but will need to upgrade to Pro to watch rounds two through four.
Is there a pay-per-view option for live coverage?

What makes Disc Golf Network's coverage of the 2023 USDGC and TPWDGC different from an average weekend during the season?
Each year, Disc Golf Network works with tournament organizers to obtain broadcast rights for the 2023 USDGC and TPWDGC. This event has been taking place for over 25 years and a lot of effort is always invested in its organization. Because of this high status, broadcast rights are quite costly. The same process occurs every year at the USDGC and the European Open. The USDGC and European Open are unique because of these media rights agreements; As such, the media distribution plan for these two events will look slightly different than a normal tour weekend.
In case you don't know, sports media rights refer to licenses or permissions that broadcasters (like Disc Golf Network) acquire from sports organizations (like USDGC) to broadcast or distribute their events. It's similar to buying a ticket to a tournament, but not just for one person, but for potentially millions of viewers who will watch it on their home screens or on their mobile devices.
The acquisition of the media rights includes the joint development of a media distribution plan approved by both US Disc Golf (the owner and operator of the USDGC) and the Disc Golf Network. The USDGC media plan prioritizes live broadcasts and provides additional post-pro coverage options and bonus content for fans, with much of the content available exclusively on the Disc Golf Network platform.
Does JomezPro cover the USDGC/TPWDGC 2024?
Yes! JomezPro will publish post-produced coverage for USDGC and TPWDGC. Next day coverage is only available at DGN Pro during the event.
